  • We provide comprehensive services for all client age groups. They include Individual adult therapy, Couple Therapy,  Family Therapy and Children and Teen Therapy.

  • We have a team of experienced therapists trained in a wide range of psychotherapeutic interventions, including person-centred, systemic, solution-focused, cognitive behaviour, trauma-focused Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy, Art Therapy, Sandplay, Symbol work, and Play therapy.

  • We are client-centred and adopt an integrative approach, recognizing that each client is distinct and no one intervention fits all.

  • We provide clients with a safe and supportive therapeutic space in person and online.

Meeting Your Therapist Sesssion

Complete the Appointment Form for an introductory 20-minutes session to meet the therapist assigned to you. The objective of this session is for you to share briefly your issue with our therapist, ask any questions you may have about therapy and assess if there is a good fit for you and therapist to work together. You will not be charged for this session.

​Our team consists of experienced psychotherapists and counsellors trained in various therapy modalities such as person-centred, systemic approach, solution focus therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy, schema therapy, art therapy, sandplay, symbol work and play therapy.
