Individual Therapy

We provide personalized individual therapy that addresses a diverse spectrum of concerns, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, work stress/ performance, trauma, self-esteem, life transitions, childhood issues and relationship complexities.

Additionally, we offer therapy for issues related to addiction issues related to gaming, alcohol, gambling, medications, pornography, smoking, vaping, and drug abuse.

Our skilled therapists engage in a collaborative journey with adults, helping them to process and understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. Through this process, we equip individuals with valuable tools and strategies, fostering personal growth, enhancing well-being, and enabling them to manage life’s hurdles.

Our fees are structured based on Peak Hours (6pm – 9pm) / Weekend and Off-Peak Hours (10am-6pm).
