A Closer Look at Anxiety

Understanding Anxiety Symptoms

Some factors can increase the risk of anxiety, including genetics, trauma, substance use, and other health conditions. Common triggers include stress, life changes, health concerns, social situations, poor sleep, and caffeine.

Get Support for Anxiety

When anxiety starts to feel hard to manage on your own, therapy can offer a safe and supportive space to talk about what you are going through.  Our trained anxiety therapist can help you understand the worries, triggers, and patterns behind your anxiety, and learn to manage them in a steady and practical way.

How Anxiety Therapy Can Help

Our goal is to help you feel less overwhelmed by anxiety and more able to face daily life with steadiness, clarity, and confidence.

  • manage worry and overthinking more effectively

  • feel calmer, more grounded, and more in control

  • face challenges with greater clarity and resilience

  • build a stronger sense of safety and self-trust
